1. The plasma cutting machine consists of Japan KOIKE beam, Sweden ESAB and square tube structure with the following characteristics such as high rigidity, high strength and corrosion resistance through stress relief and surface oxidation treatment in order to make sure operation is high-accuracy.
2. To guarantee the air-pipes and wires are well protected, cutting torch lifter always select towing chain type cable trailer.
3. Cross-beam lifter adopts one main and multi servo movement in horizontal direction, which can install 6 lifers that means 6 cutting torches in total. Certainly, a cutting torch and a lifting mechanism are normally arranged for each lifter.
4. It’s common to adopt bilateral drive method in longitudinal direction.
5. High-precision rack and dedicated heavy-duty railroad rail ( NO.40 rail ) which has reliable and accurate running belong to longitudinal standard configurations. In order to guarantee the smooth operation and accuracy of the machine, finishing grinding technology has been applied in working surface.
